Our client, an iconic NZ men’s fashion brand, is on the hunt for a senior Ecommerce Manager. Is this you?

You might have a few solid years of experience working as an Ecommerce professional looking for the next step or maybe you are a seasoned Ecommerce Manager looking to prove your ability with one of Australasia's leading fashion brands. Either way, you are passionate about the digital retail world, a legendary collaborator who loves to take customers on an exciting journey through the purchasing process.

Day to day you will be managing website promotions, leading and designing customer journeys, increasing ecommerce sales and bringing a customer-centric approach to your work. You will also deliver and communicate insightful reports on online sales activity, seasonal promotions, events and the performance of key products and categories.

This role will suit someone who is a natural people’s person, has a passion for fashion and customer experience – someone who can handle and thrive in a high pressure environment.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years commercial ecommerce experience (preferably in fashion or fast fashion)

 Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute ecommerce customer journeys
  • Manage promotions and landing pages across multiple platforms
  • Lead Conversion (increase conversion by optimising merchandising)
  • Report, analyse and present online sales activity
  • Provide recommendations based on market trends, opportunities and sales
  • Ensure online merchandising and inventory is perfect
  • Research market competitors, online trends and web development

 Required Skills:

  • Experience in different digital marketing platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent management of time and deadlines
  • Leadership and team management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships (internally and externally)

Required Qualification:

  • Marketing or Communication Degree (preferable but not essential)
