Emma is a freelance illustrative designer based in Dunedin. After studying a Bachelor of Graphic Design, Majoring in Illustration and Masters in Arts Management she embarked on an 11 year creative journey. This included being a solo graphic designer for a media and publishing house, in the heart of the South Pacific, Tonga to managing a gallery and studio for artists with intellectual disabilities in NZ, and working as a Communications and Design Coordinator for a community arts organisation in Western Australia.
These experiences developed her passion for visual storytelling through art and design to build empathy, explore ideas and build social conscience.
