Vodafone New Zealand Strategic Redesign
Various UI and UX design changes made for Vodafone's Strategic Redesign project as the Online team's lead UX designer.
I joined the Online team at Vodafone New Zealand for about three months in 2013 as lead UX designer. During that time, I helped establish a new framework and visual language for their Strategic Redesign project that included all areas of the Vodafone.co.nz website using a new content management system. It was also around this time that Draft FCB took over as brand agency, and I helped oversee the integration of ATL collateral to the desktop and mobile sites, social networks and apps.
Changes implemented included a new checkout process, a move to responsive grids and coded buttons (replacing more than 20 individual image sprites), as well as redesigned plan pages and new interactions for comparison charts. This also coincided with an international redesign project that eventually superseded the visual style guide we implemented. I was also tasked with reviewing the email templates Vodafone's various partners sent out.
