  • Take a detailed brief over the phone, on Skype, by email or in person.
  • Connect with candidates and check availability, both short and long-term.
  • Recommend the two best professionals for your brief (rather than flood your inbox with candidates) 
  • Advise and negotiate rates and salaries that match the requirements.
  • Organise start dates and extension periods.
  • Manage confidentiality and restraint of trade contracts.
  • Complete booking confirmations and/or employment contracts.

 
Remember, not every candidate is right for every brief. You have to get the skills, characteristics, fit and feel right. Right?
