On behalf of our client, a creative studio experiencing rapid growth, we’re looking for a super suit with great communication skills and an excellent work ethic to join their team in central Auckland. This hybrid Account Manager role involves both creative and digital projects. You’ll coordinate and deliver design and branding briefs plus end-to-end web infrastructure builds, including eCommerce sites. 

You’ll have the confidence and flair to lead relationships with local and offshore clients, largely in the fashion, art and lifestyle sectors. Some digital knowledge is a must, and you’ll need to be able to calmly handle workflow, budgets, and deadlines.

The breakdown

We are looking for a talented agency suit with: 

  • 4+ years working in design, digital, advertising or marketing agencies
  • Experience forging solid relationships with clients

Proven results and experience in:

  • Coordinating and delivering end-to-end web infrastructure builds
  • Running client briefing sessions and processing them into briefs
  • Offering strategic input, problem solving and best practice in digital production
  • Assigning projects and workload where appropriate through WIP planning
  • Preparing project schedules, time estimates and budgets
  • Ownership of client projects, delivering work on time and within budget
  • Researching client’s products, services, competitors, and target markets
  • Presenting design work through artwork approval to clients
  • Strategic input into existing key accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, with an ability to multi-task
  • Streamline, Asano and Slack is a bonus
  • Figma, Shopify and Sanity (CMS) is a bonus

The reward

  • Yearly salary of $90,000 - $95,000 + health insurance
