On behalf of our client, a leading HubSpot Agency, we’re looking for a motivated and proven junior account manager eager for their next career step. You’ll have great communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a working knowledge of CRM systems.

This agency engages brands with strategy, creative, and technology to provide great customer experiences for their clients and help transform their businesses. You’ll work on a range of accounts from the get-go and be provided with mentorship, upskilling opportunities in HubSpot and expand on your existing knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing and automation.

The ideal candidate would build solid relationships throughout the whole process and be able to collaborate with clients and senior team members, lead client relationships with ease and purpose, and multitasking will be second nature. Being calm and precise while handling workflow, budgets, and deadlines.

The breakdown

We are looking for a talented agency suit with: 

• 3+ years working in design, digital, advertising or marketing agencies
• Excellence in client service and building solid relationships
• CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)

Proven results and experience in:

• Ownership of client projects, delivering work on time and within budget
• Highly organised, with an ability to multi-task
• Solid digital marketing knowledge (email, automation, CRM, social, content, analytics…)
• Ability to run client briefing sessions and process them into creative briefs
• Can prepare project schedules, time estimates and budgets with pace and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
