We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager, keen on a new challenge in an agency that looks after their staff!

This role would be perfect for an Account Executive, with 2+ years of experience, who is looking for that next step up (both in position and salary) and is eager to learn and grow their career under strong mentors.

The new Account Manager will report directly to and support the Account Director across one main client portfolio, whilst being mentored in a busy advertising agency that’s developed and longstanding relationships with its loyal clients.

As part of a tight-knit team, this role is responsible for bridging the gap between agency and client. This person will be efficient, excellent with managing budget requirements and outgoing, with a focus on assisting the AD in building solid relationships and tightly managing projects across strategy, advertising, PR, social media. The use of initiative and being self-motivated will be valued in this role when assisting across the smaller tasks within large projects that do not require the full attention of the Account Director.

If this sounds like you, you'll be deadline-driven and with a focus on building long-standing relationships, organisation and attention to detail will come naturally, as will an ability to not sweat the small stuff and just get things done! 


The breakdown

We are looking for an accomplished candidate with:

  • Min 2+ years Account Management experience
  • Agency background essential
  • Experience managing several projects/multitasking


Proven results and experience in: 

  • Confidence in supporting the senior client services team
  • Ability to assist with client briefing sessions, and process into creative briefs
  • Assisting in the preparation of schedules and estimates
  • Management of budgets and financial reporting
  • Assisting with client briefs, delivering work on time and within budget
  • Client facing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, ability to multi-task
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate with others
  • Responsive to the AD and client requests when required, always working to find solutions
  • Experience with WorkflowMax

Mandatory requirements
