Do you have a mind that is both analytical and creative? Are you overworking with small clients and small budgets in an agency and wanting to work client-side with a wildly successful digital product/brand?

Our client has a huge brand presence in NZ (trust us, you’ll know them), and due to a successful year with their digital brands, they now need a talented Conversion Optimisation Specialist (CRO) to improve their digital customer experiences.

You’ll be a data-driven individual focused on crafting conversion-centric digital strategies and customer experiences to help improve the metrics that matter most to the clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, website analytics tactics, and utilising quantitative and qualitative data that marry each other in driving the performance and insights for the clients.

Understanding the user experience and being able to define customer journeys are vital to the role, as you’ll work closely with the Head of Customer Acquisition and Conversion to ensure CRO best practices are adhered to.

The breakdown

We are looking for a talented marketer with:

  • 6+ years experience in digital marketing, specifically in conversion optimisation (CRO)

If you’re experienced with any or all of the following…

  • Help clients deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements.
  • Analyse website and app data to understand user behaviour, identify insights and opportunities and come up with data-driven ideas for A/B testing
  • Help drive the success of client engagements, as the subject matter expert on a number of conversion optimization & UX engagements. 
  • Execution and reporting on A/B tests
  • Gather and analyse qualitative data to identify customer pain points and opportunities to improve the digital customer experience
  • Optimise key conversion points in the marketing funnel
