Will Gregory Recruitment Director

Do you have a mind that is both analytical and creative? Are you overworking with small clients and small budgets in an agency and wanting to work client-side with a wildly successful digital product/brand?

Our client has a huge brand presence in NZ (trust us, you’ll know them), and due to a successful year with their digital brands, they now need a talented Conversion Optimisation Specialist (CRO) to improve their digital customer experiences.

You’ll be a data-driven individual focused on crafting conversion-centric digital strategies and customer experiences to help improve the metrics that matter most to the clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, website analytics tactics, and utilising quantitative and qualitative data that marry each other in driving the performance and insights for the clients.

Understanding the user experience and being able to define customer journeys are vital to the role, as you’ll work closely with the Head of Customer Acquisition and Conversion to ensure CRO best practices are adhered to.

Bottom line is that if you’re passionate about data and dedicated to optimising key conversion points within the marketing funnel, a great verbal communicator, and hungry to launch your career in working for one of NZ’s biggest upcoming digital brands – this is the role for you.

Apply over the break and interview in Jan/Feb, what an exciting way to start your 2022!
