Our client, a specialised CBD based agency, is on the hunt for a new Creative & Digital Lead to assist in taking the company to new heights and compliment the MD with business drive. This position will work closely alongside the Managing Director and will also play a part in the agency’s growth evolution in the competitive market it operates in.  

The candidate will be someone with pure drive, class and relationship smarts who is looking to step up and channel their hard work in a small dynamic agency culture punching above its weight. They may be from a traditional agency background or have been working as a CD / Creative lead in a boutique agency but are now looking for their next challenge in a niche market.

They are senior, well connected in the industry, smart, articulate and process driven. They’ll drive success and be motivated by the results of great work and converting new clients into retained clients – be it creative accolades or increased market share. 

Required Experience:

  • 10 + years’ experience
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or wellbeing industries is a bonus
  • Proven abilities in introducing leading design practices into an organisation

 Required Skills:

  • Ability to smoothly execute creative meetings with account teams; planning to assure suitable creative strategies, adequacy/precision of input, schedules, budgets, production resource, required reviews, and client presentations
  • Supporting the other directors in new business ventures when required
  • Running projects start to finish, from planning, conceptualizing and presenting through to coordination of production and implementation 
  • Planning, developing and implementing budget/scope recommendations, ensuring timelines and goals are running to schedule 
  • Strong leadership skills to manage, train, motivate and supervise an existing creative team
  • Overseeing and making any improvements to all art, copy, and production before development
  • Experience using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and other relevant design software
  • Determining resource requirements for each project and liaising with recruitment partners when required
  • Maintaining creative excellence and adhering to company policies, values and procedures
  • Highly conceptual, analytical, strategic with a strong ability to plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Keeping up to date and reading relevant material to stay in tune with industry trends and movements

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree (preferred)
