Producer (Video / Photography / Branded Content)

Our client is a boutique artist management agency offering full-service photographic stills and moving content. They have harnessed twenty years of experience to deliver a highly professional, personalised service. 

The role covers pre-production, conceptual development,  location and set management, resourcing, and on-set management through to post-production (including some basic retouching) 

This hire is pivotal to the organisation and requires a passionate and proven producer with excellent attention to detail and a desire to turn their hand to what is needed. Having an aesthetic eye and a love of working with creatives is key. The client is looking for you to hit the ground running.

The breakdown

We are looking for a Content Producer with the following experience:

• Min 4 years’ producing video and stills in an advertising, creative or production studio environment or client-side managing the creative team
• Managing the process of generating video content and photographic stills from brief to delivery
• Organising and managing timelines and budgets
• Booking freelance crew, stylists, models and locations
• Solid experience in Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience in Workflow Max or similar is a bonus
• Great communication skills and the confidence to work autonomously

Deliverables/Outcomes

Production

• Facilitating the pre-production process, assisting with pitch documents and scoping resource needs
• Booking photographers, directors, and freelance talent
• Managing deadlines and budgets and communicating with team members & freelancers
• Efficiently managing on-set production/shoots
• Facilitating post-production requirements, including image retouching & motion post-production 

Administration / organisation & studio marketing

• Managing the smooth running of the studio and contributing to EDM, social channels, and website updates
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met and the studio is kept tidy 

Client service

• Excellent client service and relationship management throughout the process with clients, freelancers, talent and the tight internal team
