On behalf of our client, a successful marketing agency, we’re seeking a driven and passionate Digital Campaign Manager for a role that takes a creative approach to data-driven marketing and advertising.

Your focus and passion will be in digital strategy, social media management, and leading both big and small client relationships with a flair. You’ll know the ins and outs of CRM automation, identifying market trends and managing key clients’ projects.

The ideal person will be a highly dynamic, deadline-driven individual, who has a passion for client-service and no stranger to utilizing marketing automation platforms. The breakdown

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager experienced in:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Experience in a client-facing role

Your day-to-day key responsibilities will be to:

  • Champion CRM performance within the business
  • Drive and deliver campaigns via EDMs, Direct Mailers, Social Media and other emerging
  • technologies
  • Analyse customer lifecycle, including transactional, acquisition, onboarding and reacquisition campaign strategy
  • Identify trends and develop new insights to refine and improve customer communications, behaviour, improve marketing performance and customer engagement
  • Own, interpret and present customer data and performance reporting/results
  • Management of clients projects campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget to meet the digital KPI’s
  • Create and maintain key business relationships with selected staff and clients and their senior management and executive teams
  • Experience in marketing automation desirable (Marketo, Salesforce, or Hubspot)
