On behalf of our client, a well-known and respected digital product, The Pond Recruitment is looking for a Conversion Optimisation Specialist to join their team. Due to another successful year of growth, they now need a talented individual to join their team. This role will solely focus on optimising key conversion points in the marketing funnel and at product level to increase conversion of quality customers.

This is a tight-knit, high-performing team, so you’ll be a natural and confident communicator as you’ll work closely with UX, Design, Product, Dev, and Marketing teams on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be a data-driven individual focused on crafting conversion-centric digital strategies and customer experiences to help improve the metrics that matter most to the clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with designing, building, deploying, and reporting on A/B testing, website analytics tactics, and utilising quantitative and qualitative data to derive insight-led strategies.

The breakdown

We are looking for a talented marketer with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in agency, SaaS, or digital product environments
  • Min 2 years experience with conversion optimisation and A/B testing

Key responsibilities and skills required for success…

  • Ability to understand and identify insights from app and website data
  • Able to translate insights into innovative and actionable conversion strategies
  • Intelligent and innovative A/B testing - design, build, deploy, and report
  • Use qualitative data to continuously improve CX (marketing), UX (product)
  • Champion and be the subject matter expert for CRO in the team and for the product
  • High-level proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Optimise, Optimizely or alike software
  • Natural affinity with design with the ability to identify what will, and will not, work from UX and CX perspectives.
  • Excellent collaborator and connector - work with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to get the best results
