Our client is a Kiwi-founded FinTech company that is expanding globally and whose team has doubled in the past year. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, for a hands-on (and fast-paced) contract role with responsibility for all paid digital marketing strategies and management.

You will support the company through Digital Marketing activities like SEO, SEM, email marketing, and post-campaign reporting & analysis. You will also plan and optimize our client's website, customer lifecycle plan, and manage their social media strategy and execution.

To be successful in this role you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be both strategic & hands-on and be positive and approachable. You will be someone who takes ownership of their work and is always willing to go the extra mile.

The breakdown

 We’re looking for a specialist marketer with:

  • Minimum of 4 years digital marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media or Content Marketing roles

Some responsibilities include…

  • Effective day-to-day management and optimisation of all paid digital activity
  • Implement campaign management process, and ways of working, that ensure it meets budget requirements
  • Be the point person within the wider team for all things digital marketing
  • Managing all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), as well as monitoring social media campaign performance, to ensure brand and commercial campaign targets are met.
  • Planning campaigns and delivering them through paid media channels.
  • Social content creation skills, visual and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of creative and media best practices across social platforms.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Experience in SEO would be a bonus
