On behalf of our client – who’s growing by the mile and managing well-established digital brands – we’re looking for an intermediate Digital Analyst looking who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-performing team! You might be a talented junior ready to step up into your first intermediate position, or you’re intermediate digital-star looking to get paid what you’re worth. Either way you’ll be looking for an exciting new role.

Day-to-day you will support the digital team in providing a well-thought analysis, building SQL queries and dashboards, and being the go-to person for the team in translating hard data to intelligent insights of “what works” and doesn’t when it comes to web and app performance. You’re absolutely key to being the bridge between analytics and implementation for the wider digital and marketing team!

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for numbers, a passion for data, and an excellent technical communicator as you’ll have to be able to relay information in a precise manner. You’ll be a critical thinker, a curious person by nature, and solutions focused. Of course, if you bring your ambition to the mix, you’ll go far in the team and your career!

The breakdown
 
We are looking for an accomplished gun with: 

  • 3+ years of data and web analytics experience
  • Proven experience working with Google Analytics

Proven results and experience in:

  • Work primarily with Google Analytics data to provide reporting, dashboards and data
  • Analyse website and app data to identify insights and opportunities to help improve KPI’s
  • Analyse impact of marketing activities
  • Support the creation of an attribution model
  • Identify audience segments and opportunities to acquire high value audiences and customers
  • Gather and analyse qualitative data to increase the team’s understanding of our audience
  • Sound understanding of user behaviours and customer journeys for websites and apps
  • Write SQL queries to combine and manipulate data in BigQuery
  • Experience in using Firebase, statistical programmes (R or Python), Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud Platform, and Agile working principles (all or any preferred)
