Are you are Digital Producer or Project Manager and looking for a step up?

Keen to get experience on some large enterprise projects in the lead up to Christmas? Or are you looking for that next full-time role? 

Our client, an established Agency located in Central Auckland are looking for a Digital Producer / Project Manager to work across a range of clients on a 4-month contract (this contract may extend into a permanent position in 2020). They require someone who can hit the ground running across a variety of projects in a hybrid capacity, digital production and project management.

You must be a natural leader with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to prioritise deadlines, oversee people and clients on a concurrent basis. You'll be the 'go-to person' that connects strategy, creative and all digital projects so a passion for well-oiled systems and processes is a must. 

Required experience:

  • Previous experience in a mid to Senior level role as a Digital Producer and Project Manager
  • Management of online / web builds including native applications, digital agency background or 'tech' experience (preferred)
  • Experienced in managing large scale / enterprise level projects

Required skills:

  • Ability to plan and lead digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery
  • Ability to manage the delivery process - resource, timing, financial targets and deliverables 
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations; capture accurate, detailed notes and action tasks
  • Transform client requirements into clear and documented project scopes, estimates and proposals 
  • Track and report on progress with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure standards are met with robust QC, UAT, support and maintenance processes 
  • Able to troubleshoot under pressure and resolve problems – displaying resilience and calm under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, building trust and rapport with clients and agency personnel

Desired skills:

  • Experience with SilverStripe and development project management e.g. Jira, Atlassian, InVision, Monday, Trello
  • Experience with website performance SEO tools e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Adwords, Hotjar etc. 
  • Experience with social and digital media tools e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Hootsuite
