Junior Graphic Designer

On behalf of our Hamilton-based client, who provides digital out-of-home advertising, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a talented and keen Junior Graphic Designer with at least two years of working design experience.

Day-to-day you’ll play a part in the graphic design of internal marketing collateral and large-scale billboards and campaigns for clients. You’ll take the client’s branding and work with them to produce advertising that will capture their target audience’s attention while adhering to their brand guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have an excellent creative eye and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively on designs. The breakdown:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with:

• Minimum of two years of experience in Graphic Design
• A strong portfolio of work to support their application

Some key responsibilities are:

• Design and layout of internal collateral and client campaigns across a range of outputs
• Working with clients to achieve design perfection while adhering to brand guidelines
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing files ready and spec’d for production
