Are you looking for a part-time 6-month contract opportunity to kickstart in January? Are you an expert in Marketing Automation and have worked across HubSpot in past positions?

Can you lead a small team, enjoy coaching and training others on the practice and principles of Marketing Automation? If you answered yes to these two key questions, then this may be the perfect 3-4 day a week opportunity for you to kick start next year.

 This position is a new and exciting challenge to lead our client’s new internal HubSpot integration plans for 2021 and beyond! The chosen person will run and set up all of our client’s new marketing tools within the HubSpot platform. On top of this, you will assist the internal marketing team across all digital campaigns and internal projects.

On behalf of our client, The Pond Recruitment is now looking for a talented & gifted Marketing Automation Specialist to successfully implement new HubSpot platforms and manage internal account management projects.

The Breakdown

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist experienced in: 

  • HubSpot
  • Campaign Management
  • Digital Marketing
  • Problem Solving

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Leading the new internal HubSpot integration plans for 2021
  • Optimize all digital campaigns, providing advice and direction while working within HubSpot
  • Define & implement new marketing and sales pipeline plan
  • Running internal workshops on HubSpot modules
  • Manage internal projects such as; email marketing, CMS system management & database segmentation
  • Manage and maintain our client’s brand and identity across all campaigns and communication channels

Plus, proven results and experience in…

  • Proven experience implementing and measuring planned marketing efforts with HubSpot with end-to-end online marketing software, including campaign development, lead generation, and marketing and analytics reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results through lead generation and campaign reporting
  • Stakeholder Management with multiple teams within a business
  • Previous experience with SEO, Google Analytics & Adwords
  • Web analysis, evaluation of KPI’s and ROI
  • Website maintenance

The Reward
