On behalf of our Auckland-based client who specialises in bespoke investment funds and wealth management services, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager. Someone to design and build out the customer lifecycle function for the ever-important existing customer. Your role is to develop, implement and lead the customer's journey from scratch. Delighting, engaging, and pre-empting ‘where to next’ in their evolving investment journey through intelligent and targeted campaign communications.

This role is a blend of strategy, hands-on execution, and project management. This role will have you leading qualitative and quantitative VOC research, mining and analysing data to derive actionable insights, customer journey mapping, CX project management and campaign delivery across physical, digital, and social media.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong affinity for customer experience, show enthusiasm, drive, and self-motivation. You will need to be able to facilitate strong working relationships and work in a way that demonstrates openness, cooperation, respect, and energy.

The breakdown:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (CX & Retention) experienced in:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a senior position
  • Financial services or a similar industry is advantageous
  • Experience in managing TTL end to end campaigns
  • Previous experience in either a retention, CX, loyalty, or CRM centered marketing role

Some key responsibilities are: 

  • Develop and deliver the overarching integrated marketing strategy
  • Developing and leading a CX framework for consistent application across the organisation to discover and define the customer experience
  • Promotional and marketing campaign management
  • Create journey maps and other analytical visuals used to convey the customers perspective
  • Project-by-Project improvement, supporting CX marketing projects and initiatives
  • Leads qualitative and quantitative VOC research programs
  • Quarterly Customer Experience progress reports and presentations
  • Assures the organisation integrates the VOC of the as part of all design, experience, and marketing activities
