On behalf of our client, The Pond Recruitment Agency is now looking for a New Business Development Manager with at least 7 years’ experience to join a team punching well above their weight.

You will be experienced in building and owning your sales pipeline, which will be made easy if you have an in-depth understanding of the modern retail environment. Or even better, if you’re able to leverage an existing network of retail customers you have in your back pocket. Either way, you’ll be a self-driven, focused, and organised sales professional with an authentic, yet clinical approach to quickly developing new and profitable relationships.

The breakdown

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in: 

  • New Business Development – opening doors and closing deals
  • Develop and drive own sales pipeline – autonomous self-starter
  • B2B Sales background – in-depth understanding of the NZ retail/ecom market is advantageous
  • Pitch and close like a true professional

  • Drive and generate new business
