Calling the creatively inclined and uber organised agency Creative Service, Office Administrators, Creative Producers & Studio Managers!

Our client, a city fringe design studio, is looking for a Studio Administrator superstar to join its busy team a few hours a week for 3 months. This role would suit someone looking for flexible hours or regular part-time role! 

The new Studio Administrator will report to the Company Director and will support the whole agency in running more efficiently by providing the internal glue that creates the bond between creative conception, production and quality studio output.

If you think this sounds like you, you’ll also be an expert organiser and multi-tasker whose time management skills are second to none. Managing timelines across multiple projects and numerous people will come naturally and with your confident manner, you won’t be afraid to crack the whip when needed to ensure things are done to schedule.

Day to day responsibilities may include basic office admin, invoicing, managing social media accounts/channels, resource management organising freelance and ensuring the studio has what it needs to function at full speed ahead! This role requires a very confident communicator and a motivated self-starter with strong administration skills and proven experience working constructively with colleagues and a production team. 

Required Experience:

  • Min 4 years experience
  • Creative agency/industry experience 
  • Experience with accounting or Xero would be beneficial 

Required Skills:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Experience assisting with studio schedule and resourcing 
  • Ability to plan, allocate and organise production schedules
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, both self-led and within a studio team
  • Support bringing together various documents, proposals and presentations 
  • Experience managing tasks across website, social media and promotional material 
  • Briefing and on-boarding of freelancers when required 
  • Office management
  • HR and staff management

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with accounting and Xero would be beneficial 
  • Experience with smart payroll and filing GST

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education (preferred)
