We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Account Manager, keen on a new challenge in a well-established independently owned agency that supports its staff.  

This person needs to be passionate, and work with confidence and flair to lead relationships with well establish big clients. This role would suit an established Senior Account Manager with big agency experience looking for a move into a well-establish and supported role - or even someone returning to the industry after a few years off.

As part of a tight-knit family orientated team, this role is responsible for bridging the gap between agency and client, liaising and maintaining business relationships whilst managing projects through the studio to deliver outstanding results. You’ll sit close to management, and work across big clients with big project budgets.

If this sounds like you, you'll be deadline-driven and with a focus on building long-standing relationships. Organisation and attention to detail will come naturally, as will an ability to not sweat the small stuff and just get things done!

The breakdown

We are looking for an accomplished gun with:

  • 5+ years working in an agency account management role
  • Experience forging longstanding, solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience managing advertising, branding and packaging projects 

Proven results and experience in…

  • Running client briefing sessions and process them into creative briefs
  • Assigning projects and workload where appropriate through WIP planning
  • End to end management of projects: schedules, time estimates and budgets
  • Presenting work through artwork approval to clients alongside other colleagues
  • Assisting with forecasting monthly revenue streams and growing income streams from existing client bases
  • Forging longstanding solid relationships with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, with an ability to multi-task
