We’re looking for someone special who ticks those boxes, as well as a passion and drive to flourish in the creative, digital industry!

We’re on the hunt for a Traffic Manager at a successful creative communications agency to ensure the flow between our agency teams, planning, budgets, and accounts is always consistent and harmonious. You will work with both the creative and client services teams and ensure that all client expectations are met on time. This is a busy and varied role that will keep you on your toes – so having great organisational and planning skills are an absolute must!

A solid Traffic Manager will be the go-to and the key conduit in our agency. You will have to bounce effectively between the teams, project stakeholders, fielding and assigning requests, meeting deadlines, and ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery. Soft skills such as excellent communication, performing well under time-pressure, and adaptability are all highly valued and sought after in this job.

The breakdown

We are looking for an accomplished gun with:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a creative or production agency
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of creative agency traffic management processes is desirable

Proven results and experience in:

  • Juggling multiple tasks and people - multitask, organise, and collaborate
  • High-level time management and prioritising tasks to monitor and adjust to deadlines
  • Strong decision-making
  • Managing workflows in creative/studio teams and jobs in an agency
  • Able to chair work in progress (WIP) meetings
  • Excellent people management skills – across agency teams and clients
  • Relationship management whiz
  • Leading pre-production, production, and post-production meetings
