We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who loves to craft exceptional user experiences and be the driver of digital products within the company! Our client is a tech start-up that is hugely popular amongst the NFT, crypto, and gaming fans. If you know, you know. You’ll have seen them release games and projects utilising NFTs and AI in a way that’s never seen before. 

This is a pure UX role that will require a pragmatic person who is structured in their workflow with an incredible attention to detail. They will champion all UX best practices, drive insights-based outcomes from iterative research on customers and audiences alike and create engaging interactive experiences through data visualisation and dynamic display.

As it’s a senior role, the ideal candidate will be able to provide leadership and help to coach intermediate designers in the team. Someone who is an experienced problem-solver and nimble to respond to the ever-changing needs and priorities through constant user testing is paramount to this role.

The right person for this will ultimately be passionate about creating seamless digital user experiences, confident in producing high-quality interaction specifications & user flows, and contribute to the culture by continuously improving tools and practices within the company!

The breakdown

We’re looking for an experienced designer with:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design (UX)
  • A strong grasp of user-centred design including usability and accessibility concerns
  • Best practice in interaction design – user scenarios, user testing, user flows and rapid prototypes

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Delivering beautiful product journeys in a collaborative team environment
  • Wireframing – both low and high fidelity
  • Planning and conducting UX research studies, which build empathy with users and contribute to the agency’s user intelligence
  • Contributing to continuously improve UX practices
  • Creating seamless user journeys and engaging interactive experiences
  • Developing a clear understanding of customers through research, customer/audience interviews, journey & user mapping, persona development
  • Working with a global mindset as there are exciting international projects in the pipeline
