Values & Brand Attributes
Another big project I worked on was revisiting the company mission, vision, values and brand attributes. I really wanted to create a strong essence of our brand and what we stood for within the office and external contractors, because I felt like at that time no one really knew. This would help with their decision making and shape our company culture.
I wanted the whole company to be involved at the start of the process and asked the question to everyone “If Azimo was a person, how would you describe them?” From this I was able to group the feedback and narrow it down to four brand attributes.
After discussions with the founder, CEO, Head of Product and a copy writer we decided on brand new values and attributes. The next question was “how do we present them to the team?”
I designed posters for each one. They were presented at a team meeting and hung around the offices in London and Krakow. They were recieved very well and given excellent feedback, people even wanted copies for their home.
