Working for this sister company of Britomart Hospitality, Shea's time here gave me exposure to the strategic brand and marketing side of the business, with a focus on growing social media presence to become one of the most 'Liked' NZ businesses on Facebook. Ongoing refinement of the brand (and a full suite of collateral) required careful management as the company grew from a single location to a nationwide restaurant chain.
