About Project
V ICED needed to overcome serious consumption barriers in the market: consumers thought they had mixed a fizzy V energy drink with milk, and the two variants (coffee and chocolate milk) were nearly impossible to tell apart on shelf.
We moved to a sub-branded strategy and removed green from the packs, which solved the consumption barrier with consumers. It also gave us more real estate to dedicate to varianting, while highlighting our energy and flavour credentials photographically.
