Meet Greg. 

As a Product Design Lead with over a decade of international experience, Greg gets teams working together to solve complex problems conceptually, creatively, and visually.  

Greg naturally gravitates to where he can make the most impact. This has led him across the design stack from research to code and design management. Now he’s back in NZ ready to apply his skills in a remote or hybrid consultant capacity.

Greg has extensive experience working on large, technical projects in an agile, user-centered process. For more than ten years at HERE Technologies in Berlin, Greg was instrumental in many successful projects. 

In his last role, Greg managed a team of five designers working on supply chain, last mile and indoor applications for mobile and web. They used journey maps and the jobs-to-be-done as a design practice to ground features in user needs.

His previous project as Principal Designer, saw Greg developing the marketplace for HERE Technologies location data platform, which has now become the storefront for all their products.

As the UX Design Lead for indoor maps, prototyping and validating new indoor navigation features, Greg was responsible for integrating indoor features into mobile and web applications.

Before going global, Greg was a Senior Designer at well-established digital agency, Shift Ltd. Here he worked across the full design stack, from concept development to frontend code.
