PURPOSE:

Digital Strategy and User Analysis for Turners Auctions. In addition to internal and external workshops and business analysis, the engagement also included initial wireframes and high-level information architecture. Turners' Exec Team accepted the recommendations and roadmap that was presented as the blueprint for the detailed design and development phase.
