The Pond's new 'Gold Recruitment Package' encompasses a three-part service for senior roles with salaries over $100k. This utilises the expert knowledge of both The Pond recruitment consultants and Jason Biggs. The package includes an initial workshop to map out the details of new and unique full-time roles, our open market recruitment service, followed by in-depth candidate testing and strengths report with Jason Biggs.
Phase 1: Role Mapping Workshop
We'll work closely with you to assess team gaps, role responsibilities and tasks over a 60-minute workshop. Then we'll collate the information into a one-page role description. Covering all the inner details of the roles as well as all of the package benefits, candidate motivations and a discussion on the overall candidate market.
Phase 2: Premium 4 Week Recruitment Service
We'll develop premium job advertising and strategically place this in the market, and then vet candidates, make recommendations and liaise with all parties to organise interviews.
Phase 3: Tier 2 Strengths Testing with Jason Biggs
The most delicate stage of the recruitment process is the final stage, at which point we'll engage Jason Biggs to provide two to three candidate reports, plus a 60-minute in-person briefing of the results.
