  • Write reverse briefs and sign off
  • Write job ads, book and pay for selected advertising channels
  • Review and manage applications - liaise with the best of them
  • Supply a full recommendation, CV and summaries on the creatives suitable for the role
  • Set up interviews & supply in-depth reference checks as requested
  • Negotiate offer and salary package/benefits
  • Organise signing of contracts and start dates
