Fiona O'Sullivan is an Immigration Consultant aligned to The Pond, but she’s not just any Immigration Consultant – she’s been fully licensed by the New Zealand Immigration Advisers Authority. This is pretty important when you’re looking to stay on the right side of the law – and if you’re applying to legally work in a new country, this is probably one of those times.
Besides holding her IAA License and a Graduate Certificate in Immigration Advice, Fiona is enrolled as a Solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland and as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Which all sounds very serious, doesn’t it? Because it seriously is. You can’t work in New Zealand legally without an Essential Skills or Skilled Work Visa, so having someone on your side who is well versed in legislature can be an immeasurable help.
To get in touch with Fiona, or to find out more contact The Pond at email@example.com with a brief overview of your situation or call 09 37373791 to talk to a Pond Agent.
