Account Director (Agency)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a senior Account Director who is ready to contribute to building this growing agency.  From the get-go, you will be managing a large vocational, higher-education account that has colleges across both New Zealand and Australia. This will be your priority, as it is locked in for 3 years. You’ll model best-practice account management and bring an empathetic, inclusive and progressive style that inspires both clients and new staff alike. You’ll always add value to the client and be a mentor to the growing internal team. You’ll understand and deliver project management, account management and client servicing like the back of your hand.

The breakdown

We are looking for a Senior Account Director who cares about their work and brings:

• 8+ years’ proven agency experience in a client service role - brand, design and a full-service creative agency preferred.
• Is invigorated by the opportunity this small growing agency providing warm and effective client service, excellent project management and focused growth expansion.
• Care about the clients they work with and want to make a difference through their daily work.
• Can see their future growing with this company. 

Proven results and experience:

• Creative Agency experience
• Can manage design, strategy, digital, creative and  content
• Expert in all aspects of project management, including larger-scale rollouts.
• Driven to achieve commercial, collaborative and creative excellence
• Warm, vibrant and highly capable relationship manager – embodies service excellence.
• Work with vocational  / higher education a bonus, but not essential.

The reward
