On behalf of our client, a strategic and creative agency with a portfolio of well-known clients, we’re looking for a super suit to provide maternity cover for their team in central Auckland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a top-performing Account Manager with creative agency experience and a passion for the creative & digital process. You’ll have great communication and excellent project management skills and love working across a blend of creative, strategy, and digital projects.

Your experience will come from a design or creative agency, and you’ll be confident managing publications development to print, brand development, marketing and communications projects.

This is an awarded agency and the role has heaps of variety. You will be paired with a highly experienced Account Director working across your client portfolio, so you’ll be set up with the necessary support and mentorship around you.

The breakdown

We are looking for a talented agency suit with: 

• 4+ years of experience in a design or creative agency background
• Experience in a client-facing role, and project management

Proven results and experience in:

• Ownership of client projects, delivering work on time and within budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised, with effective workflow management
• Maintaining strong relationships with a key client portfolio
• Coordinating and delivering end-to-end creative, strategic and digital projects
• Running client briefing sessions and processing them into briefs
• Being a proactive problem solver and able to provide strategic input
• Facilitating the process between strategy, design and studio internal teams
• Preparing project schedules, time estimates and budgets
• Proven project management capability
