On behalf of our Ponsonby-based client, we’re seeking an action-oriented Senior Account Manager with excellent client servicing skills to step in and ease the load during the busy lead-up to Christmas and into the New Year! 

You’ll be well-versed in managing a range of clients and campaigns, ideally with marketing automation and/or Hubspot. Owning and driving projects is a strength; you’ll quickly pick up the internal processes and other resources needed to make things happen on time and within budget.

You’ll be someone who loves what you do, is keen to understand your client's business, and enjoys working collaboratively with the team. You’ll have an excellent work and client servicing ethic. Great written and verbal communication skills are a must.

The breakdown

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with:

  • 4+ years of agency and/or client-side experience managing digital / automation campaigns preferred
  • B2B and B2C campaign experience
  • Proven client servicing skills with agency commercial acumen
  • A positive attitude, love of what you do, energetic yet calm under pressure
  • Natural people and relationship-building skills
  • A professional approach and a sprinkling of fun

We’re looking for someone who… 

  • Can take ownership of client projects, delivering work on time and within budget
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Is highly organised, able to multi-task and proactive
  • Has a sleeves rolled up attitude, with good judgement and great client relationship skills

The reward 

  • Hourly rate of $55ph - $65ph
