Do you lead the creation of inspiring and on trend work with meticulous perfection? Can you seamlessly run the end-to-end creative process, taking brand marketing from conception to market across the full modern marketing mix?

Day to day you’ll lead the creative direction for brand content for NZ & AU markets, provide strategic direction to studio and design teams, lead the end-to-end execution of photoshoots and campaign production, identify and execute brand marketing initiatives – including influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, and activations, to strengthen brand visibility and relevance.

This role reports to and collaborates closely with the Head of Digital, amongst a wider team of other talented creatives and marketers. This team will look to you for your opinion, skills, and expertise in ideation, brand, creative direction, campaigns, and integrated content – confidence in your ideas and craft is key!

The breakdown

We are looking for a someone with:

  • 8+ years commercial brand marketing experience
  • Creative studio and campaign experience
  • Fashion or closely aligned industry experience

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Creative direction for brand content, ensuring it aligns with brand values and resonates with the target audience for NZ & AU.
  • Strategic direction of studio and creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content that supports product launches, promotions, and seasonal storytelling.
  • Oversee the production of all brand assets, including photoshoots, campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of photoshoots and campaign production, from creative concept development to post-production.
  • Ensure all content supports product launches, brand storytelling, and sales objectives across digital and physical channels.
  • Collaborate with buying, digital marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure content supports product launches and promotions.
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure a steady flow of brand content across social media, website, and email channels.
  • Manage and inspire the creative team to deliver exceptional creative that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and inspiring team culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Identify and execute brand initiatives, including influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, and community activations, to strengthen brand visibility and relevance.
  • Drive the organic social strategy, telling timely brand and product-led stories, posts and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and sponsorship activations that strengthen brand identity and customer connection.
