Are you a marketing activator who gets a kick out of delivering omnichannel marketing campaigns to perfection? Does a 12-month fixed-term contract suit your life circumstances and stage in your career perfectly?

Our client, a well-established company, is looking for an “Action Campaign Manager” who can focus on delivering integrated campaigns across six main marketing functions – Content Marketing, Online Event Marketing, Social, Email Marketing, and a small amount of digital marketing and website management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Marketing, and a marketing support team of three for the delivery of go-to-market campaigns designed to drive demand and lead generation, for state-of-the-art personal programs designed to help NZ’ers implement strategies to get them financially fit, grow their wealth, and achieve their financial goals.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for leading and executing new campaigns, coordinating and maintaining lead generation support, analysing campaigns, mining data and insights, coordinating impactful creative content, and delivering virtual events and webinars. You will also be responsible for briefing and managing an agency partner, who assists with specific areas of campaigns.

The right candidate will have the energy and marketing acumen to work alongside a dynamic marketing team, take direction from the Head of marketing, and understand the growth plan to deliver on-point, story-led marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences, causing them to take action and empower their own financial journeys and lives.

The Breakdown

We are looking for a marketing professional with…

  • Min 4+ years’ commercial campaign marketing experience
  • Experience working in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Financial, Professional Services (or similar) marketing expertise is a bonus (but not essential)

Some key responsibilities are…

  • Deliver campaigns to a calendar of marketing activity
  • Understand objectives, priorities, and targets to deliver campaign plans that deliver on these goals
  • Build and maximise lead generation and cross-referral opportunities
  • Accountable for the effective development and implementation of online events, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing/website performance
  • Relationship manages external digital marketing/website agency to develop the campaign assets required, on time and within budget.
  • Analyse and report on campaign ROI and results
  • Ability to adapt and pivot to ensure marketing deliverables meet changing business needs
