On behalf of our Palmerston North-based professional services client, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a skilled content creator and digital channels manager to drive engaging content, build brand awareness and increase conversions.

Day to day, you’ll develop and produce high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, infographics, advertising copy and other content to support the marketing team of eighteen. This professional services company is spread nationwide, and you’ll be managing over 70 digital channels nationwide and supporting 140 sales agents’ social channels. Great written, visual and verbal communication and the confidence to work with staff nationwide to help them succeed with their own social media is key to success in this role. 

You’ll be developing and implementing the company's social media strategy to increase reach, engagement and conversions. SEO best practices and analytics for measuring ongoing effectiveness will be key in this role.

The breakdown

We are looking for Intermediate Content & Digital Marketer who has:

  • 3 years+ experience in a relevant position
  • Relevant tertiary qualification

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Content creation – visual and copy for stills and video
  • SEO best practice (Google Analytics / Facebook Ad Manager preferred)
  • Social media strategy development
  • Social media implementation to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Management of the company's multiple digital channels
  • Support staff nationally with their social channels.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content concepts.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
