On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an agency designer with a great design eye and high-end execution to join their team. No egos and preciousness – this studio works well together at pace and has picked up awards on the way! You’ll be designing and producing work for large brands from creative concepting, brand, design, packaging, social, digital, animation for socials, POS, OOH and everything in between. Being a full-service creative agency, the studio works through to dispatch, so you’ll have that intuitive ability to balance design creativity with pace and accuracy.

The breakdown  

We are looking for an Intermediate++ Designer / entry Senior Designer with:

• 5 -8 years of design or full service creative agency
• Experience in craft design, advertising campaigns, branding, art direction, ideation, concept and basic animation.
• A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects

• A portfolio of exceptional design, from typography to layout
• Experience across various traditional design and digital applications
• Branding know-how – from concept to ensuring consistency in implementation
• Can take the creative lead on new projects
• Can grab a brief, add value and present great solutions that work in practice
• Confident  and warm communicator who can persuasively present concepts
• A process-driven approach and strategic mindset
• Can multi-task a range of projects through to completion
• Accurate in your work, and can work to agency timelines

The reward

• Salary range $100 – 110,000 per annum including KiwiSaver
