On behalf of a thriving, independent strategy & creative agency based in Christchurch, with an Australian and Auckland network, we’re looking for a Senior Digital Director. This person will play a vital role in leading the agency and contributing to business growth. You’ll head up a digital team and work across a portfolio of clients. Your team is managed like a small business within the agency, so you’ll be bringing in revenue, nurturing staff and ensuring top performance. Importantly you’ll know how to help your client’s businesses grow through your recommendations and media management.

You’ll be a natural leader and activator in project management, including briefing internal teams, overseeing work, managing budgets and project spending, and, most importantly, meeting all client deadlines. This role reports to the Head of Digital and works closely with the business relationship managers to lead and manage senior client relationships and drive digital business with them and for the agency.

• Min 6+ years’ relevant experience (agency preferred)

The reward

• Salary $120,000 - $130,000 per annum

Mandatory requirements 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
