On behalf of our agency client, The Pond Recruitment is now looking for a talented & gifted Account Manager to join the team of business automation, digital design, and technical experts based in Ponsonby, Auckland. The ideal candidate will come with some proven experience and exposure in HubSpot, other enterprise CRM and/or other boutique marketing automation technologies.

What we’re looking for, more than anything, is an ambitious person with the right background, who has the desire to learn quickly and make a real difference.

In this role the internal agency team will take your experience to the next level. You will partner with clients to deliver strategy, creative and technical solutions (on the HubSpot platform) that will transform their businesses forward.

 The Breakdown

We are looking for experienced Account Manager with:

  • Min 4-years’ experience
  • Some agency experience
  • Exposure to marketing tech and/or automation

 Some key responsibilities are:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop operations and programme strategies for clients that may span marketing, sales, CRM or customer experience projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients and customers.
  • Prepare and write proposals.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects.
  • Up-skill on the HubSpot platform functionality, integrations and methodologies to show leadership and best practice.
  • Execute client campaigns and new business processes in HubSpot.
  • Ensure monthly agency financial targets and forecasts are met for the clients.
  • Perform basic monthly invoicing.
  • Clearly communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyse reports.
