On behalf of our Auckland based client, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a talented Junior Digital Marketer to join an iconic and well known NZ fashion brand.

You’ll be a self-motivated, ambitious and organised digital marketer with expertise in paid Meta, Google & TikTok. Maybe you’re working in a fast paced digital agency and always wanted to work in fashion, or you might be working with a small retail brand and not getting the development you need? Either way you’ll be looking for progression and to step up in your career!

This is a super cool role for someone who loves digital marketing and the exciting world of fashion. Day to day you’ll manage digital campaign, product and promotional activity, launch paid ads on Meta & Google, allocate and manage ad and campaign budgets, track and report on all campaign performance, and collaborate with the creative team to coordinate all ad and campaign content

The breakdown

We are looking for a someone with:

  • 2+ years paid digital performance marketing experience
  • Agency, Fashion, Retail or closely aligned industry experience

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Execute paid campaign, product and promotional activity across all digital channels.
  • Launch all ads on time and on budget, considering future seasonal and product arrivals.
  • Regularly review competitor ads in the market to further optimise performance.
  • Launch and manage ads on Meta using multiple formats (still and video content).
  • Launch and manage paid Google ads to maximise sales and brand exposure.
  • Keep track of all ads live in market, ensuring only current and relevant ads are displayed.
  • Create appropriate audiences and segmentations to ensure ads are delivered to audiences in the right way, right place and right time.
  • Allocate and manage budgets across all digital channels and campaigns to achieve maximum exposure, efficiency and results.
  • Provide reporting on a weekly basis highlighting results, successes and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to acquire all content required to launch digital ads and campaigns.
