Digital Performance Manager (Agency)

On behalf of nationwide agency client, The Pond Recruitment is on the hunt for an extroverted, outgoing and dynamic individual to slot into a digital performance manager role. The role will require someone to take ownership of digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, out-of-home, websites, and email marketing. As well as managing multiple projects from a diverse book of clients at the one time.

The role requires the personality of an extroverted and charismatic individual as you will be interacting and reporting to a wide variety of clients to present new and innovative digital marketing strategies, win new business, drive results and manage key client relationships. You will be reporting to both the Directors of the business, who will value and listen to your insights, whilst working alongside a team of creatives, designers, social and other digital marketers.

Some of your key responsibilities will be, setting up and maintaining live reporting dashboards, developing systems and processes for efficient operations, and driving world-class marketing results. Therefore, it is essential you are comfortable being on the tools whilst having the capability to direct others as well as taking enjoyment in stepping back, thinking strategically to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns.

The Breakdown

We are looking for a marketing professional with…

• Min 8+ years’ experience in a digital marketing
• Proven experience in delivering digital marketing performance
• Examples or case studies that have delivered tangible revenue results for a clients business 

Sound leadership and management with…

• The ability to manage and lead a team of digital marketers to deliver projects
• Create and develop clear systems and processes to achieve efficiency and that provide opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate professional development for colleagues and foster collaborative work environments
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, and production for assets required for campaigns

Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution…

• Planning, execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Tik Tok and Shopify.
• Manage and enhance website and email marketing initiatives
• Setup Zapier Automations to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Collaboration with Media providers to execute media campaigns

Strong Account Management experience…

• Building client relationships to understand their business goals
• Regular comms with clients to discuss campaign results, progress and resolving any issues that may have arisen
• Budget management to ensure campaigns stay on target and money is being spent accurately for invoicing and reconciliation
• Identify opportunities for new account growth, client engagement, and boost organisational revenue
• Maintain live reporting dashboards, providing accurate data on marketing performance
• Analyse campaign data and derive actionable insights to enhance results
