On behalf of our client, a leading nationwide professional services brand, The Pond is seeking a technically skilled Email Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager you’ll be implementing the 12-month email marketing plan for acquisition, welcome, engagement, retention and re-activation campaigns across all relevant communication channels e.g: email, mobile, online channels and patient loyalty programmes.

The breakdown - we’re looking for:

 We are looking for a proven email marketing specialist with:

  • 5 years of CRM email marketing experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM -2011 and above, including ClickDimensions, excellent numeracy skills, including statistics, advanced Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM strategy and campaign execution and measurement.
  • Experience in scoping and raising dev tickets via JIRA (or similar) & managing through the life cycle.
  • An action-oriented and responsive marketer, who is open-minded and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills with good stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • CRM / Email & Direct Marketing - Use CRM & Insights tools to develop market/customer trends and manage the 12-month email marketing campaigns.
  • Insights - understand customer insights to track behaviour and engagement and develop segmented communication strategies to maximise spend, retention, frequency and loyalty.
  • Analysing and reporting - implement and track email reporting and success measurement for all email campaigns, drive continual improvement and identify new opportunities.

Mandatory requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Information Management or similar
