On behalf of our Auckland-based client, an established digital marketplace, The Pond Recruitment is now looking for a talented & gifted Email Marketing Specialist to manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot and play a pivotal role across the customer lifecycle to deliver campaigns that delight customers, build brand equity and ultimately drive sales results. 

Day to day you’ll collaborate on the development and implementation of intelligent email contact strategies with a focus on customer experience and personalisation, deliver all email campaign and landing page build and deployment, lead personalization, segmentation, and manage database hygiene, use data to derive insights to inform tactical campaign strategies, and report on results. You will know how to position yourself as the subject matter expert in CRM marketing.

You’ll be driven, focused, organised, and experienced in direct, email, and automation marketing. The ideal person will be no stranger to fast-paced environments, a team player, and a genuine passion for all things digital marketing.

The Breakdown

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist experienced in:

  • HubSpot Marketing
  • EDM Campaign Management
  • Direct Marketing

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Proven experience implementing and measuring planned marketing efforts with HubSpot with end-to-end online marketing software, including campaign development, lead generation, and marketing and analytics reporting
  • Manage marketing automation programs, emails, landing pages, and campaigns to drive engagement
  • Plan, schedule, and segment email campaigns then track and report on email activity and conversion goals
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results through lead generation and campaign reporting regarding activation, conversion, lifetime value, and churn.
  • Share insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams for ongoing optimisation
  • Assist with developing and implementing an email contact strategy with a customer focus
  • Manage and Execute the EDM’s and campaign calendar
  • Stakeholder Management with multiple teams within a business
