Can you lead a new consumer brand from creation, through design development to precise media application?

This role would suit a naturally talented and highly conceptual person, who is fully on point with the latest design styles and consumer trends within fashion, hospitality, retail, property, luxury goods, and FMCG.

You will be working closely with the two Design Directors daily, in amongst a wider team of over 100 other talented global Product Managers and Marketers

This newly established senior role works alongside an existing studio of 12 super talented professionals within the greater group.

This nimble and super talented central design team will look to you for your opinion, skills and expertise in ideation, brand, art direction, campaign and integrated content design – confidence in your ideas and craft is key!

The breakdown

We are looking for a design leader with:

• Min 8-years working in a creative, product or brand design studio
• Award-winning portfolio of work
• International experience is a bonus

You’ll have to excel in:

• Creating unique work, with meticulous design craft and perfection
• Leading with design thinking that wows people and takes them on a journey.

 You’ll also have…

• Proven ideation and design development for large commercial clients
• Ability to lead the development and delivery of creative projects hinged on strong brand principles and marketing strategies
• Proven experience in expanding brand identity systems across varied applications
• High-level understanding of content production - video, print, social too
• Be across brand voice and ability to work with writers and producers
• Great client and stakeholder presentation skills
• Ability to manage other creative suppliers, specialists, freelancers
• Ability to share direction and articulate client feedback with the design team
• And of course, be proficient across the Adobe Suite and Figma
