On behalf of our South Auckland-based client, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a talented IT Manager who will manage the IT environment for a NZ & AUS based luxury designer homewares brand. This is a newly created role that will suit someone who has got a strong background in IT support, network administration and system maintenance.
As the IT Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering, maintaining and securing an IT environment that will ensure the smooth operation of the company technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with the potential of building and growing an IT team. Your role will be based in South Auckland but will also include remotely overseeing operations in Melbourne.
The breakdown
We are looking for an IT Manager who has proven hands on experience with:
- NetSuite integrations
- The latest Windows and macOS versions
- IT support, network administration and system management
- Ensuring hardware and software are properly integrated and functioning
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to end users
- Maintaining and monitoring the network infrastructure
- Installing, configurating and upgrading systems/software and applications to ensure optimal performance
- Managing the lifecycle of hardware assets
- Vendor management
- Maintaining accurate IT documentation
Are you someone who is:
- A thinker and a doer, i.e. has a broad hands-on understanding of an IT environment
- Experienced with NetSuite integrations with the help of a SME
- Happy to provide IT support across all levels, including basic tasks such as setting up new users/devices
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders across all departments to ensure relevant IT support and operations
