Are you a Marketing Specilaist looking for a 6-month fixed-term contract? Interested in the world of children’s fashion retail and have hands-on experience delivering integrated Social, EDM, and Digital campaigns?

On behalf of our Auckland-based client, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a talented Ecommerce Specialist with at least 5 years’ of commercial amrketing experience to join the marketing team of a well-known children’s fashion brand.

You’ll be self-motivated, organised, content, social and campaign marketing-minded with relevant industry experience. You’ll be able to juggle multiple tasks and have a great eye for detail, be able to deliver integrated digital campaigns cut through the cluttrer and make customers take action

Day-to-day this will involve leading and delivering product launches, promotions, and campaigns, working with digital agencies to manage paid social strategies, digital channel management, content development, and targeting. You’ll know your way around CMS systems, managing online content and product updates, as well as managing digital campaign and email marketing activity, ensuring an innovative and best-in-class approach to all online CX and digital comms to local and global audiences.

Ultimately you’ll be responsible for delivering a seamless online buying experience for new and existing customers, knowing which levers to pull to optimise the online experience and convert sales.

We are looking for a talented marketer with…

  • With 4+ years of relevant experience in digital, and/or Ecomm marketing

Proven results and experience in…

  • Work with the Head of Marketing on the development and implementation of the annual digital roadmap
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure web content is aligned with the marketing & e-commerce annual calendar
  • Own the online channel deeply and strive to maximise online sales, and always be improving the customer shopping experience
  • Analyse website data, identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Collaborate with agency partners to optimise the website UX to maximise conversion rates, improve organic and paid performance, increase brand visibility, and maximise revenue
  • Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour using analytics tools to identify insights and opportunities for growth
