On behalf of our client, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a dynamic and laser-focused New Business Lead to join either their Auckland team. You’ll have at least five years of proven sales experience to join an experienced sales team breaking records and changing the marketing and media game within a very specific industry.

You’ll be a passionate, dynamic, charismatic, organised sales professional with a background in selling digital media and/or marketing services. Or you might come from a background in selling premium or luxury products or services. Either way you’ll be a solution-seller able to transfer passion and get people to believe in what you’re pitching. You’ll be successful if you come from media, digital, marketing, publishing, arts, entertainment, advertising, or software industries.

You’ll be a gifted people person and have a natural ability to understand people’s needs and convert those needs into sales at pace. Day-to-day you will be responsible for developing new business relationships from scratch, breaking down the door, solution-selling and converting the sale, passing on to a customer success team, then moving on to the next opportunity!

  • Base Salary $80k - $90k per annum + uncapped commission
