And, due to our continued success over the last 15 years, being a premium recruitment consultancy in the specialist’s areas of Creative, Design, Digital, Tech, Marketing & Media we are now gearing up and looking for a second senior recruitment partner to join our team and share in this success.

This is a new and unique career opportunity within a growing specialist recruitment consultancy - and your chance to achieve targets and help to grow the agency within a collective team of 5 recruitment agents, 2 support staff, and over 100 key clients.

For the right individual, this role offers the opportunity to grow with the business, short to mid-term financial gain, ownership and ultimately make this role their own in a company on the move.

Are you a passionate, professional, and presentable Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of eight years experience in a client facing, recruitment or account management role? You may come from the world of agency account management, sales or may be an established senior recruiter looking to get into a boutique recruitment agency within the fashionable employment sectors of Marketing, Sales, Digital, Tech Design and Creative.

The ideal person will have established his or her own personal brand with a solid career to match. They will not be a stranger to consistent high service levels, conscientious business practices, energy, style, and flair – all wrapped up in a ‘winning’ attitude.

They will have excellent planning, organisational and client relationship management skills, commercial acumen and be able to motivate people around them but will also be hands-on and action orientated. The ability to adapt and manage workload against evolving small business priorities and coordination of multiple individual projects is vital to success in this position. 

The Position

As a senior partner, you will manage a portfolio of twenty-five established and growing clients, along with their ongoing employment needs. You’ll be kept busy managing the recruitment and booking of all talent (full-time, contract & freelance positions), participating in the acquisition and retention of new applicants, advising and managing candidates’ expectations, all while answering the short and long-term recruitment needs of the client. 

Essentials requirements:

  • Min 8-years’ experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR and/or recruitment practices
  • Experienced in client management or sales

An experienced professional in:

  • Recruitment services (freelance, contract, full-time)
  • Strong in client service ethic, processes and delivery
  • Candidate acquisition & search
  • Career management & guidance
  • Sales & conversion strategy
  • General client account management, including building, maintaining ongoing relationships with a variety of different corporate clients
  • CRM, maintaining a regular client contact strategy

  • Creating bespoke and exciting recruitment services
  • Mapping and pitching unique full-time roles 
  • Targeting new growth clients and contacts
  • Industry networking

  • $120,000k Base (earning potential year one $150k+)
