Are your strengths converting existing leads through bespoke solution selling? Want to be out in the field, chatting with well-known hospo figures & restaurant owners to understand their challenges, and offer solutions to save them time and money?

We are seeking a driven and hungry sales professional who has a passion for hospitality, tech, and software services. You’ll be representing a tech venture company that’s behind a new payment platform providing bespoke and design focused customer facing point-of-sale software for hospitality retailers.

You’ll need to be comfortable out in the field husting a hotlist of 500 warm leads, consisting of cafes, restaurants, takeaway spots and other hospitality venues. You’ll need to be organised and systems-driven (tidy CRM = happy life) and be willing to hustle to meet targets.

Training kicks off in February and you‘ll be out in the Auckland field in March. With a base salary of $60k pa and $3k commission per sign-up, with a goal of 24 live sign-ups, your potential earnings are $102k for the 6 months. The breakdown 

We are looking for an accomplished sales professional with:

  • 4+ years relevant experience in sales
  • Interest in Hospitality

Proven results and experience in…

  • Working with a list of warm leads and converting sales
  • Initiating a new go-to-market sales strategy alongside the Founder and CPO 
  • Helping to develop processes, collateral, and systems to support sales activity
  • Leading sales activity, including online and in-person presentation, requirements gathering, solution, and objection handling
  • Preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Developing processes and championing the use of core sales systems i.e., CRM
  • Supporting our marketing function and activities as needed
  • Supporting customer onboarding, success, and support function as needed
  • Pursue agreed sales KPIs with energy and passion

The reward

  • Salary $60,000 base (prorated to 6 months)
